Delete your account

You can delete your Super Cricket 3 account and its data at any time, either in the game or by asking us here.

In the game (quickest)

1. Open Super Cricket 3 and tap Settings.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, send us a request. Your player ID helps us find your account. It's shown in Settings in the game, under the version number. If you don't have it, tell us the Google Play account you signed in with instead.

We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your player account and profile: team name, display name and friends.
• Your game progress and saves, including cloud saves and their backups.
• Your gold, coins, items and other in-game purchases. These can't be restored or refunded after deletion.
• The link between your account and Google Play Games.

What we can't delete

• Payment records for purchases, which Google Play and the App Store keep under their own policies.
• Anonymous, aggregated gameplay statistics that no longer identify you.
