Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Super Cricket 3 (the "Game") collects, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. The Game is made and run by Nikhil Suresh, an independent developer based in Ireland ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and under the UK GDPR for players in the United Kingdom.
Questions or requests: supercricketgame@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account identifiers. A player ID created for you by our game server, an identifier for your device, and, if you're signed in to Google Play Games, an identifier for that account so your save can follow you to a new phone.
- Game data. Your progress and saved game (including cloud copies and backups of it), team name and display name, squad, friends list, scores, leaderboard positions, in-game currencies and items, and a record of in-game purchases.
- Device and usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, language, and events about how you play (for example matches started and finished, screens viewed, and errors or crashes).
- Advertising data. Your device's advertising ID and related technical data, used by our ad partners to show and measure ads.
- Purchases. When you buy something, the app store gives us a receipt to confirm it. We never see your card or payment details.
- Messages you send us. If you send feedback or contact us, we receive what you write, your player ID, device model and app version, and your email address if you email us.
- How you installed the Game. On Android, if you followed a friend's challenge link, the Play Store passes that challenge to the Game so it can open it.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, or phone call information.

What other players can see
Your display name, team name, team crest and kit, squad and overall rating, trophies, scores and leaderboard positions are visible to other players. Don't put personal information in your team or display name.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of the Game for us, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Microsoft (PlayFab): game server, accounts, saves, purchases records and gameplay events. Privacy statement
- Unity Technologies: gameplay analytics. Privacy policy
- Google: Google Play Games sign-in, Google Play billing and in-app reviews on Android. Privacy policy
- Apple: App Store purchases and reviews on iOS. Privacy policy
- AppLovin and the ad networks it works with, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads: showing and measuring ads. AppLovin privacy policy, how Google uses data, Unity Ads
- Vercel: hosting this website. Privacy policy
Ad partners may act as independent controllers for some of the data they receive and use it under their own policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or security of players or of us, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Game, in which case this policy continues to apply.
US residents: we don't sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws; you can opt out at any time (see "Your choices").
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards such as an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data: for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, it's removed from our game server, normally within 30 days.
- Gameplay analytics: kept by our analytics providers for a limited period under their retention settings, then deleted or kept only in anonymous, aggregated form.
- Messages you send us: for as long as needed to deal with them, then deleted.
- Purchase records: as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
Saves kept on your device stay there until you delete the Game's data or uninstall it.
Your choices
- Delete your account: in the Game, go to Settings, then Delete account. Or request deletion online.
- Personalised ads: you can withdraw consent or opt out by resetting or deleting your advertising ID, or turning on "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" (Android) or turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" (iOS) in your device settings. You can also email us.
- Google Play Games: you can sign out or disconnect the Game in the Google Play Games app.
- Notifications: you can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before). Email us with your player ID, shown in the Game's Settings, so we can find your data. We'll respond within one month, and we may need to confirm it's you first.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: our lead authority is Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), and you can also go to the authority where you live, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections to our game server and access limited to what's needed. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the Game or the store listing.
